Over the past 6 years at Aflac, I’ve led high-impact UX initiatives that contribute to both business growth and platform scalability. This includes leading the design of Nest UI, an enterprise design system driving consistency across products through token-based architecture, Figma-to-code workflows, and scalable component standards. I’ve also explored AI-assisted design and code generation workflows to improve speed, consistency, and system adoption.
Additional work includes implementing a passwordless login system with Passkey, aligning UX across 6 teams for a new payment system, migrating design libraries into Figma to improve collaboration, and rebranding the Charlotte Aflac office to strengthen brand consistency.
